Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 12:00

Standard Domestic Delivery: All Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked Parcel for a flat rate of 4.99 GBP

We currently won't be able to service the following postcodes: V, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-2, PO31-41, JE,GY

For all these services orders must be placed by 12pm. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Friday by 12pm will be delivered on the following Monday. If due to a high volume of order we are unable to ship on these days the goods will be shipped on the following business day.

Should there be an unsuccessful delivery attempt, e.g., if you are not in, the carrier will leave notification of the necessary redelivery/collection information.

We state the cost of delivery for each order on the checkout page, the customer will see which delivery methods are available and an estimated delivery time. Pup Masters endeavour to deliver a product within the period shown  If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery, Pup Masters will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.

 If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Pup Masters does not accept any liability for delay, despatch or delivery and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day.

On request Pup Masters can ship anywhere worldwide subject to extra shipping charges.
